To book coins you need to check the mint websites frequently or booking advert which comes in local newspapers also , when news about booking is confirmed then next thing you have to check is which indian government mint has opened bookings . Then we have to open that mints website and place orders , if your are placing your order for the first time then you have to register on site .
There are total Four mints in India but out of four only 3 mints opens booking and sell products . The links of mints are as follows :-

There are two Methods for Booking
1) Online (easy)
2) Draft
1) Online- This method is easiest way to book coins online . Perhaps you need to have Debit/Credit card , Internet Banking . Just check on mint website , whenever booking is open just sign in your account and add products in your cart and make payment online . Thats it its recommended and easy , u get order number and conformation mail when your order is confirmed .
Note - There is some gateway charges for making online payment eg - about 50rs for 5000rs order
2) Draft - In this Method You have to fill a order form and make a draft of total amount and send through speed post to mint address . In this case no confirmation is given about your order . you have to wait for for 6 months to get your order , Hence its not recommended .
